The rights for my artwork belong to me, so I can post and share the artwork within my social media and can use it to advertise myself

I can offer both personal & commersial use, and the commersial use rights can be purchased for + 100% of the total amount of the commission

If I find the commission uncomfortable, I can decline the commission

AI usage is prohibited with no exceptions

I reserve rights to post WIPs and the process to my social media, if you wish to keep the work in secret the additional charge for $40 must be paid

Full prepayment only (we can discuss partial payments if the order is $100+ total)

No refunds are possible! The only exception if the work hasn't been started and it's less than 2 days after the payment is made. Any PayPal fees are paid by the commissioner in this case

Please, credit me when you post or use the artwork (on any platform)

It can take me 2-6 weeks to finish the artwork, and you will be informed in advance if any extra time is required

I can prioritize your commission and move it to the first place in the queue for the additional $50 fee

Art comes with no bg/simple bg, and I charge extra for a custom bg

You can't change or edit my art without my permission

Once the commission is accepted, I will do my best to make our cooperation as smooth as possible, so there will be several revisions - sketch (sent to you so you can request minor changes) - base colors (sent to you so you can request minor changes). Any additional changes after this step are charged extra (unless I missed something we've discussed)
